OUR QUALITY, FOOD SAFETY and GMP POLICY

The plastic medicine cap,petri dish,spoon, etc. we are operating. by following the modern technological developments in the plastic products production sector , we undertake to prioritize communication and training to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, meet the needs and expectations of our customers by ensuring hygienic conditions at every stage of production, transmit information about GMP to the public, consumers and suppliers and/or request this information, offer quality and hygienic products, comply with legal regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and GMP standards, continuously improve their effectiveness and ensure that the following sub-policies are fulfilled.
HYGIENE POLICY
To determine the physical, chemical and biological product safety hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers, to take them under control, to ensure that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND JEWELRY POLICY
It is not allowed to enter the production areas without a protective apron or a beanie.No jewelry can be used while working in production areas.
Gowns should be clean and bonnets should be used in such a way that they completely cover the ears and hair. Jul.
SMOKING AND FOOD POLICY
It is forbidden to smoke and eat food – drink in our production,storage areas and changing rooms.Warning signs are posted in places where they can be seen.It is ensured that visitors and subcontractors comply with this rule.
ENTRY POLICY TO PRODUCTION AREAS
Our visitors enter our production areas wearing special gowns, bonnets, after passing through the hygiene corridor and being subjected to the visitor control checklist.
FOREIGN SUBSTANCE POLICY
For the prevention of foreign substances that may cause physical contamination in our production areas,
glass, breakable plastic materials, wood, wire materials have been discontinued. Existing glass and breakable plastic materials, metal equipment are protected.
HEALTH CONTROL POLICY OF THE PERSONNEL
Periodic health examinations of the personnel are carried out. In cases of infectious disease, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing, sneezing, it is removed from the production area by the production manager and sent for a health check.
