In the sector in which we operate — the production of plastic coffee capsules, spoons, food containers and lids, pharmaceutical caps, petri dishes, and similar plastic products — we commit to following modern technological developments, prioritizing communication and training in order to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, ensuring hygienic conditions at every stage of production to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, conveying and/or requesting GMP-related information to/from the public, consumers, and suppliers, and offering quality and hygienic products.
In this direction, we undertake to comply with legal regulations, the requirements of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and GMP standards, to continuously improve their effectiveness along with our food safety and quality culture, and to ensure the implementation of the sub-policies below.
HYGIENE POLICY
We identify and control physical, chemical, and biological hazards at every stage of our production processes to ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with health and hygiene requirements.
Entering production areas without protective gowns and hairnets is not permitted.
No jewelry may be worn while working in production areas.
Gowns must be clean, and hairnets must fully cover the ears and hair.
Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited in production and storage areas, as well as changing rooms.
Warning signs are clearly displayed. Visitors and contractors are also required to comply with these rules.
Visitors may enter production areas only after wearing special gowns and hairnets, passing through the hygiene corridor, and completing the visitor control checklist.
To prevent physical contamination in production areas:
Glass, breakable plastics, wood, and wire materials have been removed from use.
Existing glass, breakable plastics, and metal equipment are protected and controlled.
Employees undergo periodic health examinations.
In cases of infectious diseases, upper respiratory infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing, or sneezing, the employee is removed from the production area by the production manager and sent for medical evaluation.
Our company does not engage in any form of product adulteration or food fraud.
Suppliers are selected based on food fraud risk assessment, and suppliers found to have attempted adulteration or fraud are not approved.
